The “custom-made manufacturing equipment,” essential for supplying clients worldwide, was submerged, and internal corrosion (rust) began to develop within a few days after the disaster.

At that time, the client was facing the following two serious challenges:

  • Since it was a custom-made machine, ordering a new one would take several months, making delays in delivery to clients (and the risk of losing social credibility) unavoidable.
