Our specialties are recovery of machines, equipment, factories, offices, and documents affected by disaster. All RecoveryPRO employees are aware of the value of speed or “initial response” for quick recovery of affected properties. Disaster can happen suddenly and without any warning. FAQ

Q: Do you have to work at nuclear power plant?
A: No. Job sites are mostly affected by fire or water. They are factories or commercial facility of various industries which are insured.

Q: Are these work sites dangerous ?
A: In the case of a fire, our company will only be activated to the site after the sites are inspected by the firefighters and police and are deemed safe.

Q: I am worried that I don’t have the type of experience or skill sets to handle this type of work.
A: Senior RecoveryPRO staff will teach you through on the job training. We also have in-house training programs. We have programs that enables you to improve your skills through internal and external trainings as well as qualification support programs.

Q: Too many business trips?
A: Working on Saturday or Sunday may be required when the project is on a tight timeline. But you can take compensation leaves in such case. Many business trips are expected but we always offer compensation leaves after the project completion. We also provide more paid leaves than required by law and encourage employees to take planned consecutive leaves.
